The musical fight has begun. Raising awareness on forced institutionalization, stigma and abuse toward the mentally ill, the overmedication of artistic misfits, and a status quo definition of reality- the 2 CD digipack compilation entitled “Sanity is Slavery” will be released on machineKUNT Records in June 2010 and include a free digital bonus disc. 10% of proceeds will go to MindFreedom International, an organization dedicated to mental health rights and stopping psychiatric abuse.

It was first through Kim of Lady Parasyte (also on machineKUNT Records) that I heard about DJ T-1000. To be honest I was never huge into techno but when I heard Alan was one of the pioneers of the Detroit techno scene I had to check out his work. I was extremely impressed and found a love for this music I had previously not explored. The way Alan was doing things was different. I see him as someone to look up to ended up letting him use my vocals for “Vex.”

Hey all,
Thanks to all of you for the support over the past few years. Or maybe just the past few months. Or maybe from the beginning. People say that there is a rotating door and that no matter how many people leave there will always be new people to take their place. Yet some of you have been here with me from day one and that is something I will never forget. I want you guys to know I read all of your emails and only wish that I had the time to respond to everybody. I do what I can. I consider my long time fans to be my friends.
